How to Request a Phone Hearing

In San Bernardino County, to request a phone hearing, you must ask the court for permission and provide a valid reason. 

• This is done using a Request for Court Order and Answer (SC-105). 
• The court will respond to your request within 10-15 days from when the court receives the request.
