People Clerk sends a copy of your demand letter via USPS. You will receive a copy of the tracking number and we will let you know once the demand letter is received.
Sending a Copy of Your Demand Letter via Email
You can also send a copy of your demand letter via email! You can find a copy of your signed demand letter in the People Clerk Portal.
Make sure to save any responses you receive from the other party. It is also suggested you stick to written communication (email, letters, text messages) instead of verbal communication.
